Meterra builds remote monitoring and automation hardware for the people who keep rural America running — farmers, ranchers, fire districts, and water systems. Cellular sensors that watch tanks, troughs, dams, pumps, and fences, so nobody burns an afternoon driving out to look at a float valve.

"Skip the drive" isn't a slogan we wrote first and justified later — it's what more than two thousand deployed devices actually do, every day, across the country. I run the brand, the website, the ads, and the growth engine; my co-founder and I share everything else.

I believed in the platform enough to bet on it twice: alongside Meterra, I bought a stake in the Australian engineering company whose proven hardware and IP we build on for the US market.

It started the way my favorite products do: I wanted one that didn't exist, so I built it — then kept refining until it was something worth putting my name behind.
